      New York was built on the backs of the working class, we must support workers by: - Protecting the right of workers to organize 
- Combating wage theft and holding employers accountable 
- Ensuring the health and safety of all workers by establishing stricter workplace requirements and protections 
 
- 
      
        
      
      We will work to ensure that our neighbors have an affordable place to live by: - Increasing tenant protections to prevent unjust evictions 
- Supporting small landlords to maintain the fiber of our communities 
- Increasing housing stock through novel programs and additional construction that does not displace existing families and includes union labor 
 
- 
      
        
      
      New York is a state built by immigrants, we will secure: - Stronger protections for immigrants against discrimination, wage theft, and ensure they can live a dignified life. 
- Additional vending licenses and safe working conditions for street vendors. 
- Increased funding for legal services, English as a Second Language, Migrant Crisis response, and mental health services for immigrant New Yorkers.

      New Yorkers deserve a system that works for everyone regardless of the color of their skin or their income, and we will: - Fight to end qualified immunity 
- Ensure the constitutional rights of appellants, immigrants and victims are protected.

      Our public schools gave me a chance to thrive. We will fight so that they can do it for every child by: - Ensuring full foundation aid funding every year 
- Increasing access to STEM, arts, and other programs that allow our children to dream and learn 
- Increasing access to 3K and after-school programming for our working-class neighbors, regardless of immigration status

      We will work to ensure that our massive system works for our neighbors by: - Fighting against additional fare increases 
- Securing yearly funding for much-needed repairs and support to make every train station ADA-compliant 
- Increasing services in transit deserts. We can save lives by ensuring everyone gets where they need to go safely, whether by public transit, cycling, or walking our streets.

      From abortion, to discrimination in pay, we must continue to fight regardless of what the Supreme Court has said by: - Securing funding so that anyone regardless of income or immigration status can access birth control, abortion, or other forms of reproductive healthcare. 
- Supporting the fight for equal pay rights and against discrimination in the workplace 
- Establishing legislation to ensure that all women can be truly are free from all types of gender-based violence

      They are our family and remain under attack. We will support them by: - Fighting to increase the Lorena Borjas Fund to $15 million 
- Increase penalties for workplace discrimination and hate crimes

      Seniors and New Yorkers with disabilities are often left without proper support, we will ensure: - Increased funding for culturally competent services 
- Accountability against those who abuse seniors or those with disabilities 
- Increased access to healthcare and adequate housing

      The future of our families depends on the future of our planet, we will fight to: - Pass the NY Heat Act 
- Secure funding to better educate our neighbors on disaster prevention and response 
- Ensure that New York State becomes a global leader in the transition to renewable energy.
